We’ve all heard about, and some brave souls have tasted, the KFC Double Down. No bread, extra chicken, bacon, cheese, some kind of mayo-y thing. It’s basically a heart attack sandwich. But there are those who just might be turned off by the overt gluttonous (see: American) nature of packing as much meat into a dish as possible.
